Our Story
Aspen Consultants (UK) Ltd offers a wide range of software based services to both Government and Industry. The company has been in operation for over 15 years and has worked on a wide range of challenging and diverse projects during that time.
Aspen was the design authority on the London Cycle Hire scheme (2M pound project) and worked on the design of the cloud based services relating to the hire and payment for the cycle hire scheme.
Aspen was part of the design team for the Structural Health Monitoring System that is now deployed on the Forth road bridge run by Transport for Scotland. The system employs over 1800 sensors to ensure the health and safety of the bridge. Data is captured and displayed on a frontend dashboard run by a dedicated Command and Control Centre Service Module.
Aspen worked on the UK wide project for Fire Control. This was a 500 million pound project to design and deploy a new UK wide solution to Fire and Rescue response and operations. Aspen worked on the design of the search algorithms that search the UK postcode database to locate the callers location and dispatch the required service(s) when an emergency call is first received.
Aspen has recently been working as a partner company to Digital Farming Ltd over a 3 year period and developed the software plus hardware for an Indoor Farming Management Based Control System.
